Get your products and services in front of the cycling community in time for the holiday season! Cost-effective exhibit space either inside the legendary Mark Twain Hall or outside in around the the Jumping Frog Grand Prix Cross Course are available. Promote for existing retailers in Northern California or sell directly to consumers with inventory onsite.
Booth space starts at the economical price of $850 for the 3-day event. Plus a great demo area that includes the legendary Frogtown Classic BMX track for MTB’s and eMTBs
We have laid out the fairgrounds to offer plenty of exposure for your exhibits with foot traffic there to watch the races and see new products. Consumers can cheer on their favorite racers next to the race courses that go right by your exhibits.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?
Exhibitors will be receive the following:
- Inclusion in “Event Guide” to be handed out to all entrants
- Listing on event website
- There is 110 power available
- (2) 3-day vendor passes for EACH 10x10 space. 10x20 = (4), 20x20 = (8)
- (1) Parking pass for every 10x10 space. 10x20 = (2), 20x20 = (4)
- Thursday evening vendor and sponsor “Welcome Event”
- A fork lift is available with prior notice and scheduling
- There are NO drayage fees but we can receive and store exhibit materials and coordinate shipments back to your facility
MOVE-IN/OUT INFO
- Move-in will be on Thursday, September 12th from 8am until 8pm and Friday from 8am until 11am. All vehicles will be required to be unloaded and removed by 11am.
- Move-out is on Sunday, September 15th from 5pm until 8pm and Monday from 8am until 12pm.
EVENT VEHICLES
- Branded, event support vehicles can be part of exhibit spaces in select areas and will be considered booth space. If part of exhibit, they may not leave the fairgrounds until Sunday, move-out.
